    Yes, we do. However, please contact us at contact@azurrehair.com before you make the purchase.

  • Can I Have Overnight/Expedited Shipping?

    Overnight/Expedited shipping is offered depending on which products you choose. If that option is available to check out, select faster shipping. 


    Please select Overnight/Expedited shipping when you place your order. If the Overnight/Expedited shipping option isn't available at the checkout, it is unavailable.

  • How Can I Get a Refund?

    You can get refunds for items returned in the same condition as when you received them, with the Azurre' tag still on it. You will be asked to send pictures of the wig to support@azurrehair.com to be approved for a refund. 


    If the photos of the condition of the bundles are approved for a refund, we will gladly accept a return for items that can be restocked and resold. You have ten (10) days to return it for a full refund, excluding shipping fees.


    We will NOT grant refunds if curls have been fingered, combed, pulled apart, manipulated, shaped, or formed. We will not refund or exchange any hair that has been worn, dyed, cut, or made into a wig. 


    Due to COVID-19 there will be NO REFUNDS ON ANY WIGS. If ANY refund should be given on bundles, closures, or frontal pieces, the item should be sent with tracking info to us within 48hrs of your initial delivery.

  • After I Purchase, Will I Receive a Tracking Number?

    Usually, you will receive a tracking number within 1-4 business days depending on which product you purchased. When your label is printed, it automatically sends tracking to your email via Paypal.


    You will also have access to your tracking number on Shopify when the package arrives at the post office. All Packages are shipped through USPS.

    Azurre' Hair can last more than two years with proper maintenance and care. We advise using sulfate-free shampoo and conditioners on all hair. Also, we suggest that a licensed Stylist to provide care and style for our products for you.

  • Can I Have My Azurre' Hair Dyed/Colored Before it’s Shipped to Me?

    Yes. If you want Azurre' Hair to dye your order, THERE WILL BE AN UP CHARGE AND this will need to be discussed with Azurre''s Hair at the time of purchase. 


    ALL CUSTOM ORDERS HAVE A MINIMUM OF TWO WEEK DELIVERY.

     

    Additionally, because our products are 100% human hair, all of our products can be bleached, rinsed, and dyed in different colors and shades. If you choose to dye your hair after we’ve shipped it, we recommend using a licensed Stylist to color it for you.

  • How Many Bundles Should I Need of Azurre' Hair?

    For lengths of 14-16" we advise a minimum of two bundles or More.


    For lengths of 18-24" we advise a minimum of three bundles or more.


    For lengths of 26-30" we advise a minimum of four bundles or more.


    For lengths of 30"-Up " we advise four bundles or more. 


    These suggestions are based upon installs with lace closures and frontals as well.
