You can get refunds for items returned in the same condition as when you received them, with the Azurre' tag still on it. You will be asked to send pictures of the wig to firstname.lastname@example.org to be approved for a refund.
If the photos of the condition of the bundles are approved for a refund, we will gladly accept a return for items that can be restocked and resold. You have ten (10) days to return it for a full refund, excluding shipping fees.
We will NOT grant refunds if curls have been fingered, combed, pulled apart, manipulated, shaped, or formed. We will not refund or exchange any hair that has been worn, dyed, cut, or made into a wig.
Due to COVID-19 there will be NO REFUNDS ON ANY WIGS. If ANY refund should be given on bundles, closures, or frontal pieces, the item should be sent with tracking info to us within 48hrs of your initial delivery.
